Default My first 50 pounds and pics
I reached my 50th pound mini goal on Christmas day and now I'm halfway there! This is the first time I had to just sit back and think about the progress I've made, and I feel great. I also wanted to add that my dad died suddenly December 12, 2007. Then there was the holidays spent out of town. So, I'm very proud that I didn't let sadness destroy everything I've worked for. If this was years past I would have fallen completely apart. I'm just so over the pity party mentality, it never has gotten me anywhere.

Congratulations!! Even though you're halfway to your final goal, the 50 lbs did a world of difference for you already... Also, I admire your strength during such sad times... Truly amazing.
