I'm not using my personal trainer anymore (long story)
I was doing weight lifting for my arms mostly.
I do cardio and enjoy it, but can't get myself to do the weights.
Can anyone suggest something super duper good for a gal that has flabby arms and a so-so attitude when it comes to weight lifting?

Check out Jari Love's "Get Ripped". It's all strength training - no cardio. the group uses dumbbells and/or barbells. I use a body bar for a lot of the exercises and I love the workout - approximately 50 minutes.
