hey all you beach chicks!
although I've been around the boards for a while, I'm new to the beach. I've tried a lot of diets, and nothing has ever stuck. I started SBD on this previous monday, and I really like it. It seems like something I can stick with, and my body just feels better. My ultimate goal is to make it somewhere between 140-150, so I have some time!
