I feel your pain. Unfortunately (and fortunately), we are all different creatures so we don't all lose at the same rate. I know that during the TOM for me, I can easily pack on 2-7 pounds of water weight. Nothing like feeling like a walking water balloon. My sister, who shares my DNA, doesn't experience anything like that. When we both follow the same diet, she loses at a faster and more consistent pace than I do. Now, some of that is because she followed it more faithfully than me. But even when I followed to the letter, she would still have a bigger weekly loss than I.
Don't be discouraged. Weigh your food, drink your water, write it ALL down, and get some exercise. It will happen for you!!
