Default My boss joined LAWL....

And she lost 6 pounds her first 2 days! I lost NOTHING. I'm not a jealous person so I am very happy for her. She goes off for her 2nd weigh in today.

I had a rough weekend and am back on track today. Depression is a hard one during TOM for me.

Sarah, I also lost nothing during the FF first two days. Then the weight started to come off, but more at the pace that you are seeing. TOM tends to make the scale just not budge down for me (or actually to go up to as much as 5 pounds!). I bet after it is over you see a drop. In the end it doesn't matter all that much that it took you longer than someone else to lose the weight if you don't stress about the weight loss weeks. At my center they never once even mentioned that I had run out of weight loss weeks! So I had stressed myself out over not meeting my goal for no reason at all. Anyway, stick with it, and you will see the weight come off!

How about this, I gained weight during the first Fast Forward. My counselors looked at each other all confused not knowing what to say. Apparently I’m one of the “rare” people that that can happen to. Lucky me!!

I feel your pain. Unfortunately (and fortunately), we are all different creatures so we don't all lose at the same rate. I know that during the TOM for me, I can easily pack on 2-7 pounds of water weight. Nothing like feeling like a walking water balloon. My sister, who shares my DNA, doesn't experience anything like that. When we both follow the same diet, she loses at a faster and more consistent pace than I do. Now, some of that is because she followed it more faithfully than me. But even when I followed to the letter, she would still have a bigger weekly loss than I.

Don't be discouraged. Weigh your food, drink your water, write it ALL down, and get some exercise. It will happen for you!!
