Default Journal - Thursday, December 20th

Went out "again" last night... the pasta was calling

Try try again...

Morning (6)
Bagel - 3, lox - 1, crm chs - 1, cof - 1

Midday (14)
company lunch
Thai chicken apple salad - 5, pad thai - 7, soup - 2

Ok I've already spent 19 points - what's a girl to do

Evening (4)
I was in no mood to cook.
apple - 1, popcorn - 3

Total - 24 bnkd 1
But, at least I walked 3 miles this morn. = 2 Act pts.

Water - plan on at least 48oz

soup of some kind- minestrone

herbal tea

dinner:
2 pce. savory biscotti 3/12
1 cup pasta 3/15
veggies
morning star burger thingie 2/17
bites of biscotti 2/19
exercise: not likely, 30 min dog walk this am
water: maybe
vitamin: si,si
