That includes 20-30min on cardio, and the rest of the minutes will be weight training. My workouts are always atleast an hour 6 days a week.

Apr 6: I thought this was supposed to be my day off cuz I was going out, but I ended breakin down on the dance floor at the club for two hours straight....so I'd say about 90 minutes of cardio!!!!

I just joined 3FC this week, and this sounds like just what I need!

Minutes - 1000? (never done this - I'll use this month as a baseline!)
Miles - 160 bike, 40 run, 9 swim, 50 commute = 260 miles under my own power
Rest - One rest day/week (HARD for me - I'm an all-or-nothing girl)
April 1: Sunday - Run 2 miles, 23 minutes
April 2: Monday - Rest day - 2.4m bike commute (2 round-trips)
April 3: Tuesday - 3.6mi bike comm., 30 min/3.5mi elliptical (too WINDY out!)
April 4: Wednesday - 2.4mi bike commute
April 5: Thursday - 2.4mi bike commute, 2.6mi/27 minute run
