oh my dear - you need to hit the magic 20-20 before the PM function is available to you.
20 days [or so - i think that's it] of membership, and 20 posts. We have this in place because we get hit by a lot of spammers and we want to do as much as possible to deny them access to PMs. If they quickly post 20 times, they never last 20 days.
Not saying you're a spammer by any means, but if someone is interested enough to be a member for 20 days and to post 20 times, you're not interested in creating havoc.
