but i coundlnt find it in the FAQ
how do i add my mini goals at the bottom of my post under the ticker? any help would be appreciated thank you

Go to the User CP tab in the perriwinkle blue line above. On the side bar there should be a signature option and it is copied and pasted from the signature weight tracker wizard. See Quick Links above for Sig weight tracker. Good Luck!!!
