My digital scale that I've had a while likes to mess with my head by saying I've lost 20 lbs. or just randomly off numbers every time I step on, zero consistency. I just bought an Eat Smart digital scale from Amazon. It was under $30 and had over 2000 reviews with almost 5 full stars. Doesn't do anything fancy like body fat or water weight. So far I like it.
