Well, I need motivation and I thought this site might help with that. I will post every day to get a ticker because I also think this might be helpful. I was 239.5 at my highest and lost 22lbs over 5 months. I was proud of myself but nobody seemed to notice- that hardly dents the frame at this size. A friend who was only 170lbs lost 16lbs in the last 2 months of my journey and everyone noticed. I was happy for her, she looked great. But I let myself get discouraged. I have now gained all but 5 of the 22 lbs back. And I have indulged every fattening desire lately while hoping to get some motivation somewhere. Looking forward to this journey with others going through the same.
