Hi! I need some help. I've been struggling with my weight for almost 4 years now. I'm 5'0"-150 pounds. After my 3rd child I end up with 193 pounds and manage to loose 43, but now nothing seems to work for me. I'm starting to feel bad and depress every time I looked at myself in the mirror and need to loose more weight. What is the best way to start? I will like to have a quick start to get me motivated to continue. What do you think about South Beach Diet? What about any Detox diet? Can you recommend something? Please help....
