Talking She whispered out the side of her mouth...

"Ok, now don't tell anyone, but I just had to weigh myself on Wed morning, it was the first day of my vacation and I was finally calming down from the last week and a half - anyway - I weighed and it was 2lbs BELOW my New Years goal (4lbs since last change) - AND - that visitor came Wed afternoon - so...I secretly think I lost more but have water gain right now but you didnt hear it from me - and if I gain it all back by the first I will deny everything"

SSHHH!! The bushes have bushy ears...

FYI - not that it matters, just a small point, but if it sticks or is even better I will have crossed my 1/2 way mark.

Woohoo AJ!

I had to go back and look to see what my goals were, that doesn't inspire confidence does it??

I did really well though. I weighed in this morning at 139, 1 pound under my goal of maintaining between 140-143. Keeping up my exercise went as scheduled and I even got the house in pretty good shape!

I bought that slinky dress for New Years, but we're not actually going out anywhere. The closer it came, the less I felt like braving the crowds. I do have plans to dance in it at an event we're going to next month though

My next goals are going to be all about weight training I think. I need to put on some more muscle.

Default Congrats!

Yeah Tani!

I should do that too - very weak upper body - will see what I can talk myself into doing.
