There are a lot of members here that are not in a certain group, but just post whereever it looks comfortable at the moment. We hope you'll explore the forum and make new friends and get plenty of support. Please let us know if you need anything
Basically everyone follows different plans, paths, lifestyles and this is a pretty comfortable corner for people who march to the beat of their own drum
There is also a general diet forum for people who are doing their own thing. You are welcome to join in on any of the threads just look around and see what is right for you.
