Welcome back. I'm a quasi-newbie, myself :0)
I too am very sensitive to sugar and need to go on a high-veggie, low-carb type diet. Ultimately, I just need control my eating but I think I will fail at that unless and until I can manage to follow a low-carb diet for a couple weeks to lose my sugar addiction. So far, I havent done that .. : /
My biggest challenge right now is trying to find some healthy alternatives for sweets. They are my weakness -- candies, pastries, you name it. Frozen blueberries are pretty good. Expensive, tho. Suggestions are welcome, as always.
