    Today I painted my hallway and stairwell - I hurt in places I never knew could hurt
  • 30 minutes of yoga this morning
  • Sunday: 45 minute walk
    Monday: 45 minute walk twice
  • Yesterday, legs, 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 minutes dancing.

    Today, shoulders and 30 minutes elliptical.

  • Today: 25 minutes of cardio and two circuits of weight training.
  • 30 minute walk at lunch time
  • two miles with the moving weights...dog rather.
  • Sept 6: 1 hour NIA
  • Today: 1 hour bike commute, 30 minute walk, 1 hour aquacize
  • 30 minute walk at lunch today.
  • 30 minute walk, 1 hour bike commute
  • 30 minute walk, 1 hour bike commute. I was supposed to go to aquacize, but had an attack of the lazies
  • 1 hour walk last night

  • Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. Not great, but not bad for being sick. I thought I was going to die riding my bike back home, though. Bleh.
