30 minute walk & 75 minutes of yard work yesterday

I walked at lunch time and again after dinner yesterday for a total of about 1 hour walking :tread:

Yesterday: 30 minutes walking slowly on the treadmill and about 50 crunches. My legs are giving me trouble for some reason... guess I should slow myself down (just not stop!)

Yesterday, cut front and back lawns with my new lawn mower!! Today ran two miles at the high school track.

Went for a quick (15 minute) walk this morning before it got hot.

30 minute walk and 60 minutes aquacize. Boy did the pool feel good after such a hot day. :)

I haven't exercised in nearly a WEEK! UGH! I'm such a piggy! :( But I finally went hiking today -- 4 miles roundtrip and it was pretty steep too! :)
