1) Regular exercise
2) Getting up earlier in the morning so I can exercise and leave for work on time
3) Drinking my water
4) Keeping my food journal on a daily basis
5) Taking time out for myself
I want to have lost my last bit of weight and be in better physical shape by June 1st!
