Everyone i know loves that movie but me. i just don't like it!

speaking of don't like it... watched the village and was totally disappointed. The story was great, but the execution was poor. They could have done so much better than they did. The main girl that played Ivy was good though, and cute! I looked it up, she's Ron Howards daughter. Can't wait to see her in more movies.

Also saw Calendar Girls which was cute. Not what I expected, but was a good movie.

Oh, I love Ron Howard, and I've heard his daughter is a good actress.
Hey, they're doing a get-together thingy of Happy Days! Everyone is going to be on it. They all still look pretty darned good. Joani is so cute.

Speaking of Clue, you know which movie I LOVE is Murder By Death. It's so funny. The cast is great.

Murder by Death is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I used to have the video in college and my mates and I would watch it two or three times a week! It was cheaper than some of the substances that were the other option, but it involved just as much pizza and colas.

Ciao!

solar - i totally forgot to give you my recommended list of anime. So here they are.

Kino's Journey - the absolute best anime i've seen. period.
Haibane Renmei - also very good.
Trigun & Rurouni Kenshin - are more for the boys, but are also very good.
Nia_7 is very fun and good. It's a short series but excellent.
Lain - beautiful to look it. Is also more of a boy one tho.
For movies, any of the studio Gibli movies are great spirited away, princess mononoke, kiki's delivery service - all great to watch with kids.

I hate to admit this to you, but last night I watched Terminator III.
Terrible acting, but Arnold is entertaining, and I do like the special effects.

Oh yes Mauv, Dirty rotten Scoundrels was great. I used to really like Steve Martin.Really funny in that. Especially the way he tried to outdo Michael Caine. The bit in the wheelchair. Brilliant!!!

Ever since I dreamed I had sex with Steve Martin, I can't bear to watch him in a movie.

I love Dirty Rotten Scoundrels as wll. The cork on the fork is a reference that comes up with my family occasionally.

Just saw House of Flying Daggers. It was very beautiful, but not as good as Hero, whihc was absolutely brilliant.

Got a chance to look at the Oscar noms. All I can saw was Paul Giamatti wuz robbed.

Poor Ben Affleck - he just can't get a break these days.....not that I am a huge fan of his but his career is really going to the dogs lately.

Yeah. There are a few actors that are deal breakers for my and my husband. If Affleck is in it, we just don't watch it. Poor Ben. And both Envy and White Chicks are on my list of top crappy movies of the year. Ugh.

I watched a good one last night called Interstate 60. I definately recomment it to everyone.
De-Lovely was Di-sappointing in my opinon. I enjoyed the music very much, but found the story to be slow and depressing. I didn't like the light that they portrated Cole Porter in. But the music almost made it worth the pain.

My deal breakers are Julia Roberts, Jada Pinkett, Gwynneth Paltrow and Jennifer Love Hewitt

And there is one comedian I really don't like that I just cannot see his movies ....can't remember his name right now...he was in a movie with Jackie Chan...I think it was Rush Hour....I don't know why but the guy just gets on my nerves

I have strange tastes though, I will see anything with Christopher Walken in it (except for that movie he did with Madonna )and also Willem Dafoe (but not Speed 2 -passed on that because the trailer looked so bad!)
