I thought of something else, Solar... because it's not going to just be a problem getting out of the bed. It's going to be a problem making yourself move too.
When I would work out in the morning at homes, I would just go to sleep in what I wanted to work out in, and just put my socks and shoes right by the bed, so I'd be all ready to go. Because getting up is only going to be half the battle.
I kinda think maybe you should look over your schedule again and see if maybe there's a better time for it. I have found working out directly after work to be good. It gets rid of that stress and then by the time I come home I'm not even thinking about work. Which is a very good thing for me. Just a thought.
