Hiya Gals! :wave: I think I'm doin' pretty good this week, for me at least. I still need more veggies and probably a little more exercise. BUT I've been eating good the past few days and I don't feel deprived! I've been eating strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and sugar free popscicles :hun: And a big step was that I bought myself a low fat chicken bar-b-q pizza instead of eating the naughty stuff at home. :eating2: It was sooo good. I'm slowly getting stronger against my cravings. I even passed up the donuts today on donut day at work! :s: I'm going to try to find a new scale and double check my weight. I think mine is really off. It said 190 this a.m., which I would jump up and down with joy if it was true :dance: but I don't think it is. So I'll check back in next week. I hope you're all doing well :)

HIya girls! How are you all doing? Life has been busy for me but I just wanted to check in. My scale is still fluctuating between 190-195. I love the 190 mornings :D hehe. I do have something wonderful to report. I've been cutting out sugar for a while now and I never thought it would happen but the things I used to love are too sweet for me now! For example: the strawberry topping on waffles, my old favorite chinese dish-honey seared chicken, and I haven't even wanted to try pancakes with syrup. yuck. I can't believe it! I'm so happy. :smug: And I found sugar free popscicles and they are soooo wonderful. And sugar free snow cones since its hot, hot, hot here in Texas. Just wanted to share some good news. Hope you're all doing well. OH, one more thing. I've also decided to take some enrichment classes like drawing and photography for fun. AND a few friends are getting together to take belly dancing classes next month. Life is good. Take care ya'll. ;)

My current weight: 177.6 My August mini goal: 172 My plan of action to reach that goal: Joined LA Weight Loss Centre and am very deligently journaling everyday, sticking to program and drinking my 8+ glasses of water every day - I've actually already lost 7 pounds since June 5/04 when I joined. Your reward for reaching that goal: Smaller clothes - maybe pants |

Hi Chickies! :D Guess what! I just went to my gyne. this morning and fearfully stepped on the scale :goodscale and lo and behold. . . I'm at 192! Hooray! :cheer: I'm so excited! I know it was early in the a.m. but I had already had breakfast and coffee :coffee: so thats pretty good for me. Yeah! :D Now if I could just get under 190! I'm going to exercise more this week :barbell: and eat less carbs. Gotta buy groceries. Hope you're all doing well. Take care!

OH the difference a week makes. :( I've been moving so my excuse is I don't want to buy groceries so all I have eaten is junk. All kinds of fast food. I feel crummy. So. . . whats happening with everyone elses goals? The only thing I can say is that I'm going to work out harder in the month of August. I'm doing a walk benefitting Alzheimers on September 11th and I have to be able to walk 3.8 miles. I know I can do 2 right now, but not so sure about the other 1.8. So I'm going to try to work up to it. I hope you're all doing well. Doing better than I am with my diet. :kickcan:
