haha It's ok. Its still early in our challenge. Its a little hard to get in gear in a new year. I have to say I have been a little resistant. Everyone at work is doing South Beach. And I know how good of a plan it is. I heard it about it long ago from Prevention Magazine. But now everyone else found out about it and they're acting like idiots.

So that just makes me not wanna do it. I have the book, and I really should do it to get healthy and not worry about developing diabetes like my mother. But its so hard to take anything seriously after reading sooooo many books. I guess I'm just not ready to suffer to lose. haha. I've been having a lot of trouble on the home front too. We had a Super Bowl party Sunday and I pigged out, and there was food left over and I just haven't been able to pass it up. I have good intentions but when I get home I can't pass up the hotdogs and soda and potato salad. Throwing it away is not an option since there are others in the house not on a diet. HELP!

Do you have any suggestions on combatting the Diet Cult at work? Or on how to eat healthy at home when your relatives are pigs?

haha Thanks ladies. It always helps me to write to you. On another note I went to aerobics last night. SO 2 days in a row and I am sooooo sore today! But its all GOOD. Tonight is my night off, and the weather is rainy and cold so I'm going to go cuddle with the honey and the doggies. Take care!
