Summer Challenge!
 

Snack, I am not much of a laugher, but the name of your diet made me laugh right out loud. I did that diet for about 2 weeks while I was researching what I wanted to do for real. It helped to get me into the diet mode and now I am just watching what I eat, matching protien and carbs, eating more fresh veggies and fruit and have cut sugar from my diet except for one day a week. Water, exercise 5 days and a supplement to help control the munchies should help me reach my goal. Good luck to you and welcome! C-

I did not mean to and I'll get the hang of it, darn, I hate being confused! Antisocial is one thing, but when someone says welcome you'd think I'd have the manners to say thank you and hello, before a week passes. I think I need a doughnut. Well ok, I don't actually NEED a doughnut but I want one. Won't make me less confused but I'll bet it'll taste good! ;)

Oh, wait, I think I get it. Have the "antisocial" posts been deleted? I guess understand why. Sorry if my participation offended anyone.

A number of us are anti-social, and I don't think you offended anyone, because lets face it - we aren't a bunch that is easily offended (have you read the word association thread) :D

I'm glad, SF. I was howling with RECOGNITION when I saw that and ahem, usually so do others who've had experience with adhd. My DH laughed just a LITTLE too enthusiastically! :mad: That's ok though, I paid NO ATTENTION to him! :smug:

Yes I did pull an ellis - I was trying to fix something to try to keep everyone's challenge stats so the thread is more geared towards the challenge- and phttt! lost some posts that I was trying to keep. Not sure what I did wrong :dunno:

You have to watch out for Mauvais, Ellis and Ruth. They are all part of the establishment, and will zap your posts if you just look at them funny (How they can tell over the computer is still beyond me though!!!)

Stilltrying, welcome and pay no attention to these nutcases! I am the only normal one here but don't get in to post much because the comparison makes them feel insecure. I just let them be happy in their own little worlds.

OHHHHHH, Ruth, I MISSED you! I know you don't remember me but I posted for a time on the low carb forum. As for the Lockhorns, yup, know them and love them. One of my favorites is a Christmas or BD or some other gift giving occasion, when Mrs. Lockhorn, heart aflutter with excitement, opens a huge box, lifts up the item and screams at Mr. Lockhorn "I SAID A MINK COAT NOT A PINK COAT". :lol:

I am glad to "see" you. I hang out here and at the WLS, though I have not been one of the lucky ones to actually belong there! This place is nice for me because it balances out the WLS forum, where everyone is really, really nice and pleasant and polite. A chick has GOT to hang out with her own kind once in a while, so I come here :rofl: :dancer:
