One thing I do when I really don't want to exercise is tell myself '10 minutes' or '20 minutes' or whatever amount seems like a little at the time, and I always always wind up exercising for the whole 45-60 minutes. A 10 minute promise is enough to get me there, but the endorphins keep me there.

My friend bought me a box of Special K that has the free step counter in it - I am wearing it today so I will see how much I have walked :D

Will be walking to and from my WW meeting tonight (in the brrrrr.... cold).
Oh and to and from my doctor's office to and from the bus stop which is quite a few blocks. :devil: |

I forced myself to go to the gym on Monday and now tonight. Ughh... I really hate going but I still did it.
