    thanks for the encouragement...or is that spelled encouragment?
    never know when to drop the "E"
    anyway, I spoke to a local yoga instructor, she teaches svaroopa yoga which is a
    very therapeutic type of practice...they use lots of thick blankets and blocks and chairs to accomodate people so they can do yoga even if they have a back problem or an injury...

    She said that I could definitely do her class...so, tomorrow night, 6:30pm, I'm there. I'm really looking forward to it and had a great food day, op, today.

    Hey, the little smilies still aren't moving for me...
    when I look at the menu of smilies they are movin and groovin
    but when someone puts a smile in a message they are just frozen there.
    Anyone know why?

  • snuck in some extra exercise today at work by walking down 14 flights of stairs to the store on the 1st floor to pickup milk for coffee for the office - and I bought 2% instead of whole milk

    calves aching now.....

    Ellis, i love my imac...even if it did have some idiosyncrasies.

    Walking DOWN the stairs is supposed to give you a GREAT looking fanny!

    I finally started Curving again. My bum knee had me sidelined for a couple of weeks, and I finally got a decent knee brace. I can do all the machines, just have to take it SLOW.

    I'm so proud of myself...even though I've been sidelined, according to my "weigh and measure" I've had a negligible change in tonnage or inches.

    For me, MAINTAINING my weight these days is almost as miraculous as losing!

  • Hello Everyone!
    I went to the Y again today. I walked for 45 minutes and did machines for my arms. It's nice to be back in the routine. I was surprised at how many people were at the Y, it looked like January.
