Saturday has been my official weigh-in day since I started, and even though I did step on the scale this morning I wasn't going to count it as an "official" weigh...... but I've been thinking about it today, and since I've been over-eating for the past week or so and we're all starting fresh this month, I will change my weekly weigh-in day to Monday (I weighed the same this morning and yesterday morning)....that might help keep me more honest over the weekends! I've gained one pound since my Saturday weigh-in....I'm up to 188. But I've been very good so far today, so I'm off to a good start.

ginya, I didn't notice earlier, but WOW!!!! How could I miss your utterly fantastic weight loss!!!! You are simply amazing, and are definitely my hero!!

If you don't mind me asking, how did you do it, and how long did it take?
