I had a most wonderful WW instructor that taught me something very valuable....if you mess up, don't throw away the day, just start with the next meal....and it really works!!!
I am checking in 10 pounds down for towards my goal, 15.5 more to go.......
My next step is to commit to the exercise...right now, i have done NONE!!!






But I'm having a great day today, so hopefully it'll come back off again. Darned chips.
