Weekly weigh-in 18-24 Aug
Thought I would throw it up since it hasn't been started yet, PLUS I want to put myself out there to be accountable.
Been 70% good this week on food, and 100% with my excercise and I stayed exactly the same 210 lbs. BUT I met my daily step goal with a weekly average of 10,269 steps/day and lost 3.5 inches.
