Weekly weigh in June 9+
I will start this one this week. Though I am still at the same place I was last week. At least I didn't go up 5 pounds like I did the week before. 167ish.
I will be smaller next week. I gotta, my summer clothes aren't fitting very well, and I refuse to go buy more.

I'm not sure what I was last week. But I'm on day 11 of my diet plan, and I've lost 5 pounds. And have kept it off for a good 5 days now.

Hurrah for Ellis and Ginya!
It looked like I lost a pound (according to the scale in Zellers) but I will check again later this week.

Thank you Squeak, Mauvais, and Lidian!
And congratulations to ALL of you on your losses... and Squeak, staying the same is better than a gain!

A bunch of winners in here! I am still 208.5. That 3.5 overnight must have been from an alien sneaking into my body. I took a diuretic yesterday and it did nothing except make me pee.
Oh well - I'm getting used to being well over 200 after twenty years! ****!

Ruth, it's gotta be the Chinese buffet. Even in the veggies there's a ton of MSG. Don't you DARE give up. Or I will go over there and sit on you! (that sounds very rude, but I think it's some stupid English expression that my Mother uses)

Sigh...
No changes here. I think I have hit somewhat of a plateau. Of course, I haven't really been putting forth much of an effort. At least I'm not gaining, I guess.

Sojo, maintaining is a VERY good thing! And look how much you've lost already - you are doing so well! Sometimes the body just needs to get used to the lower weight and just stay there resting comfortably for awhile...
