I was brave enough to step on the scale this morning even though it is ttotm. Surprisingly, I am holding steady at 178, which is a good thing, because I should be up the usual pound or two.
Stayed the same this week, but I am fine with that. Has been a very stressful week, so that was the least of my worries. All is well for now, One day at a time! Hugs to all!

I was starting to get worried about all the fat and red meat, Mauvais. My Mother and her whole family died of colon cancer and I'd better watch it. Besides, it's nice to eat sort of like a normal person - feel pretty out of place at a BBQ where I try to manoeuvre the burger out of the bun!
BUT - when we go to Dim Sum, I am not counting points!
It's like deja vu all over again... I'm back down to 178 after creeping up to 182 about a month ago. One of these days (Soon!) I'm breaking out of the 170s on the downside! I have no problem getting out of them into the 180s!
Pretty much the same. But I'm going to go down this week if it kills me.
Squeak, hang in there... don't screw up too badly until you can get back on track, hon.
I am watching the scale closely. Esp. since I am a stress-eater. The next 2 months are going to be very bad. The boy is leaving in less then 3 weeks, and work is going to be **** for a while. The boy is the one I would go see to de-stress from work.
But, if we get our acts together, we are going on a family vacation in July.
