Weekly weigh-in or measure April 27+
New thread for the week...
Sunday am and I am at 168lbs  I am starting Weight Watchers tomorrow so time to get serious!

Ok...
I was brave enough to step on the scale this morning even though it is ttotm.  Surprisingly, I am holding steady at 178, which is a good thing, because I should be up the usual pound or two.

Down two pounds last week! I am just amazed that I am losing this much weight... it is rather shocking to me.

On Ww with lower carb options. Monday is weigh day - 208 then down from 210 two weeks before. A pound a week? Oh well, I'll take it.

I was starting to get worried about all the fat and red meat, Mauvais. My Mother and her whole family died of colon cancer and I'd better watch it. Besides, it's nice to eat sort of like a normal person - feel pretty out of place at a BBQ where I try to manoeuvre the burger out of the bun!
BUT - when we go to Dim Sum, I am not counting points!

It's like deja vu all over again...  I'm back down to 178 after creeping up to 182 about a month ago. One of these days (Soon!) I'm breaking out of the 170s on the downside! I have no problem getting out of them into the 180s!

I won't Ellis.
I am watching the scale closely. Esp. since I am a stress-eater. The next 2 months are going to be very bad. The boy is leaving in less then 3 weeks, and work is going to be **** for a while. The boy is the one I would go see to de-stress from work.
But, if we get our acts together, we are going on a family vacation in July.
