I'm just curious what kind of music people listen to when they are working out. I know it helps me to listen to music, but it really makes a difference what I am listening to and how hard i am working out. Some music makes me move slower I've noticed - like Ani Difranco and some makes me work harder like Lords of Acid or KMFDM...
anyway, just curious if anyone else uses music, and if so what music gets you going? I'm getting tired of my usual line up...

LoA "Rough Sex"
and Talking Heads "Take me to the River"
I have been hooked on this set lately, though I also use Godsmacks first album, a couple of Ani's, and Barenaked ladies "Gordon"
I'm getting bored.

I only told him because we were in the video store, and I told him not to get anything with Steve Martin in it because I'd had sex with him the night before, and it made me queasy to look at him now.
