Thanks guys!!!! Well this doctor didn't want to go outside professionalism, but he made it clear, without being nasty, that he was HIGHLY disappointed in the last doctor. He has scheduled a D&C and exploratory laproscopy for NEXT FRIDAY. now that last idiot would have waited until fall. My hub was with me and asked alot of questions. I was shocked and surpized and i think the doc was too. His tactic is to do the D&C, clean house so to speak, wait 3 months, or if things keep staying bad he PROMISED the hysterectomy. the Hub stepped in at that point and asked why that can't be done now, and the doc said he wants to see for himself the results of the labs and inside my pelvis. He told the Hub to make himself accessible in the event he goes in and sees anyting he may want to do then.
Finally....some help. Anyway, I did it. i weighed and after all the stress eating and no excersise i only gained back 4 pounds. Not shabby....especially if you could see all i have been eating. my plan is after the surgery, i am going to get seriously back on track. Up until then, i am going to just eat sensibly and not go overboard. I want a true new beginning.

Rubens, he sounds like a very good doctor.
And what a good husband you have, too!
Hang in there, hon... this'll all soon be over and you can get on with life.

For ALL you wonderful ladies...who shine through like the brightest star!!!
Words to Live By
Accept that some days you're the pigeon,
and some days you're the statue.
Always keep your words soft and sweet,
just in case you have to eat them.
Always read stuff that will make you look
good if you die in the middle of it.
Drive carefully. It's not only cars that
can be recalled by their maker.
Eat a live toad in the morning and nothing
worse will happen to you for the rest of the day.
If you can't be kind, at least have the
decency to be vague.
If you lend someone $20, and never see
that person again, it was probably worth it.
It may be that your sole purpose in life
is simply to serve as a warning to others.
Never buy a car you can't push.
Never put both feet in your mouth at the
same time, because then you don't
have a leg to stand on.
Nobody cares if you can't dance well.
Just get up and dance.
The early worm gets eaten by the bird,
so sleep late.
When everything's coming your way,
you're in the wrong lane.
Birthdays are good for you; the more
you have, the longer you live.
Ever notice that the people who are late
are often much jollier than the people
who have to wait for them?
If ignorance is bliss, why aren't
more people happy?
You may be only one person in the world,
but you may also be the world to one person.
Some mistakes are too much fun
to only make once.
Don't cry because it's over;
smile because it happened.
We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty, some
are dull, some have weird names, and
all are different colors but they all
have to learn to live in the same box
A truly happy person is one who can
enjoy the scenery on a detour.
Happiness comes through doors you
didn't even know you left open.
Have an awesome day, and know that
someone has thought about you today....

Yes indeedy, Ellis! I have a whole stack of Nancy Drews that I am going through just now. The DDs are reading them too, each with her own stack.
Rubens, I am so glad you found a really good doctor - sounds like you have a great DH too! You deserve them both - and I am so glad you will be properly looked after. Please keep us posted!
Ruth, 1.5 is really excellent! I haven't lost that much in months!

Yeah Ruth, 1.5 is GREAT!
Lidian, I'm reading a good book right now... Telling Lies For Fun and Profit, by Lawrence Block. Have you read it? If not, I recommend it to you. Because of that other thing that we have in common.
