B-2 cups of broccoli slaw sauted with 1 turkey keilbasa and 2 Tbls teryaki sauce, 8 oz spicy V8
L-black bean burger sauted with mixed w/ 2 cups mixed veggies (russets, beans, broc, red pepper and onions) 6 oz fruit cocktail and diet flavored water
S-2" piece of birthday cake that was way overdone. I have no desire to have any more!
D-can of low fat chicken chili, 20 goldfish crackers-origional flavor and 2 T of soy cheese, water and a 2.5 inch piece of a steak finger off my boys plate!
Monday
B-1 ff no sugar added peach yogart topped w/ 1/2 cup grapenuts and 1/2 cup of mangarin oranges, water
L-2 slices of diet grain bread toasted, with a veggie burger, spinach, tomato, 1 t light mayo, water
1 cup mini carrots and 2T hummus
S-1/2 cup of mango passion sorbet (so very tart!) diet vanilla coke
D-salad made with 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup broc slaw, 1/2 c carrots, 1 T low fat feta cheese, 1 t sunflower seeds, 5 croutons, and 2T ff catalina dressing
1/2 c of ranch potatos (box mix)
2 oz thin steak marinated in teriyaki
water
B-1 cup of cherrios w/ berries
1 cup lactose free milk
bite of peanut butter while making lunches
3 bites of Griffins lucky charms
8oz v8
L-can of campbells grilled chicken and veg soup
5 saltines
S-6oz ff sf rasp yogart
1 cup fruit cocktail

D-1oz beef jerky
6 faux chicken wings
1 T real ranch dressing
1 cup of baby carrots

1 T white corn (couldn't help myself ...off my sons plate )

Okay...where are my veggies, and what 3 diet cokes??? After my day/night yesterday you should all be proud that I didn't stuff my face with cookies and icecream! The caffine was nessesary with only 2.5 hours of sleep!
