I have lost between 8-10 since coming here...yeah!! I'm hopefully going to a sweat today...so I'll being losing a little there as well as nasty toxic stuff floating around my body
I went bikeriding (briefly) yesterday...man is my pelvic bones sore!
and it was too darn windy to really go far...but alas...I'm still trying

I am at 189-190. When we posted this challenge I was at 196. 4 more pounds is doable, but I am really trying for 11 more! Want to be under 180 for vacation!
I think I have lost about 2 pounds since joining the challenge. I've been through a lull, but it ends today (the end of my Birthday weekend). Monday I'll be back full force. My goal is to loose 8 pounds by Easter and be 145 that day.
I bought a new scale today (ta da)...we will have to account for the weight difference and see tomorrow where I am at. I had been at 189 at home naked but at the store dressed with shoes it was 205. Not at all nice!
Easter is approaching quickly... thought I would bring this thread back to the top of the list! How is everyone doing? I can't even remember how much I said I would lose... will have to go look.
Crap... I said I would lose 6-10 pounds by Easter. According to my scale today, I'm down to 180 and when I made that commitment I was at 181.5! So I need to lose 4.5 pounds in a week and a half... it can be done but its going to be tough. Well, I'm going to go for it. I'll be happy with any weight loss at this point!! I seem to be at a standstill these last several weeks. Time to get serious... summer is just around the corner!
Well, instead of losing 7 pounds I gained 5 what is up with that???? I am going to enjoy myself on my holiday next week and not think too much about it. I will be joining WW with 2 girlfriends when I get back and then the shape up for summer program begins!
I am rather embarrassed, but my original challenge was to be below 157 by March 1st, and below 154 by Easter. These were numbers according to my old scale. So really they are now about 162 & 159. Well, as of this morning I am currently at 166 (which is like 3 up since MONDAY!). I need a very large kick in the ***. I haven't been that bad this week, definitely not enough to be up 3 in 4 days. And it is not PMS bloat either. That is a week away still.
