Food: Pretty good. Used some points for a delicious cannoli treat that night.

Rather poor choices. Felt like a bottomless pit.
Exercise: Proud to say that I forced myself to get in a walk even though I didn't want to.

Sleep: Pretty good.
Day 14 here! THREE MORE DAYS! Then the glorious Autumn will have arrived. Good news is that the weather is mostly here now. It's very nice out
