Oh my achin' bod. DH and I walked to the gym today. It's friggin' freezing out. Then we worked out. I did 25 minutes on the bike, 25 on the treadmill, and 10 on the eliptical. Burned 500 calories. Then we walked home, picking up groceries on the way. I am SO sore!!
Keep it up all you exercising girls!! You're doing great!!

Wow...
You are all such an inspiration! Despite my dripping nose and hacking cough I went for a brisk 20 minute walk outside. Its like 44 degrees today... almost felt like spring. Unfortunately the little bit of snow we had is melting. I'm just happy I was able to exercise a little bit; I do feel much better.

Way to go chickies
Well I did my usual walk to work and walk back home but I did sneak in a little extra exercise by walking down the stairs twice today - that's 14 flights down x 2 I did feel a burn in my upper thighs and calves - now if only I could get myself to walk up the 14 flights

Ellis are you still doing weights too? Your cardio is awesome.
I usually only do about 20 min cardio becasue they say after that it really does not work a whole lot.
I did 10 on threadmill, 10 on rower
and 45 back/biceps workout
I often walk there and back so that is more cardio I do not list

Thank you, Squeak.
Virginia, you're doing great!!
Uh huh... I WAS doing more weights, but I've decided I really just need to burn calories right now. I'm still building muscle by running and biking etc, so I'm just going to concentrate on that right now. I think I have a tendancy to bulk up instead of losing weight, which is all very well, but I'd like to see a SLIGHT drop on the scales after 4 months at the gym!!
I'm going to do 10 or 20 minutes of weights, too. I'm just REALLY sluggish right now, and I need to burn those calories and get a little energy back
hugs to all !

BLAH Where are you chicks getting all this energy from? I want some too!
Kat, Ellis and Virginia you are all doing great
I had my two daily walks today and then ran up and down four flights of stairs doing the laundry and also cleaned out my closet, does that count as exercise?

Chris, you are amazing!! Doesn't it feel great to be able to jog?!
And Mauvais... OF COURSE stair climbing counts!! Are you kiddin'!?
You know it's strange. I can do an hour or more workout at the gym, but I'm out of breath climbing the two flights to our bedroom in the attic.
