I'm starting today. I weighed in at 192. I've lost 3 of the 5 that I put on last week. If I'm well enough to go to the gym this week, I should be able to lose AT LEAST 2 pounds.
Well I lost two of the four I put on last week, back down to 235 again. Hopefully for good this time. I am back at the gym full swing and eating much better again so I should see some improvement again.

I am still hovering around 145, as I have been for most of the past month. I would like to lose 5-7 lbs by the end of this month. I see more cardio and weights in my future, and less toast & chocolate...
