B: coffee with skim milk (wasn't hungry and it was almost lunch time!)
L: will be chicken caesar with Light Made Right dressing, maybe an apple
D: will be cereal and skim milk, or Lean Cuisine and salad
PMS: will be wholegrain toast
I might switch the L and D. If I need another snack mid-afternoon (IF?! When!) I will have wholegrain toast and jam probably, or a Nutri-Grain bar...
