I've done 65 minutes of swimming, 50 minutes of bench step aerobics, and I'm going to spend a good 30+ minutes walking up and down the stairs because it's laundry day. :P
i have been too busy to post minutes, but don't worry! not too busy to work out. still doing at least two hours a day, but i lost track for this month. ill start again in may. way to go guys!
I'd love to join in May - did my first foray into the exercise room last night - mygawd but the stairstepper is hard! Have committed to three days a week. So I'm up for the challenge!

145 minutes from the last total + 35 minutes of bench step aerobics = 180 minutes! Whoo!
