WOW! Good Job Guys! Today I ran a mile and a half then walked one, totaling about 45 minutes (with abs as well).

I worked out last night, but I'm not sure how long. I'm estimating about a half hour. I did lots of different things, lots of tummy work.

I've been off to a sloooow start in Feb but figure a little is better than nothing....put in 20 minutes on the bike yesterday, hoping to up it to 45 minutes a day this week.
