So, now its taking longer, since Im now 50 ish , to lose any weight gained via PMS.
This is very frustrating.
I am not 1 to sit and eat bon bons and watch tv all day.
I have been drinking tons of water and exercising nightly.
I did leave my gym and began walking instead of doing my eve gym workout.
I hope to God that I will get a grip on this bit of weight gained during the beginning of Summer Recess.
I think Ive been extra bored and its been so hot that the Inactivity has had its toll on my fat bottom.
God please help me to hurry up n drop 10 Lbs ASAP, and then start from point A(-10Lbs) until I get to my goal of 180 ASAP, and ultimately about 150 Lbs +- 10Lbs.
