What Foods are your triggers?






I have a few good trigger foods: 0 Food Fast, Pancakes and syrup, begets uncontrollable pancake break less food frenzy of pancake meal that begets a big disaster drill for me. I have learned Not to eat them very often , if i wanna remain on my diet. Whats yours, what happens after you eat it physically or emotionally?
