[Fran Veal]

Hello everyone! I'm Fran Veal and I just joined 3 Fat Chicks AND just turned 50 a couple of weeks ago, so I figure this is my group. Kind of weird, but it's almost like my body was watching for that 50 mark to do a number on me. I lost 35 pounds on Curves Complete last year, only to gain 40 back when I stopped exercising due to a family illness. (Okay, I may have dropped the eating plan, too.) I'm doing it on my own this time, so I need accountability with a capital A. Thanks!

Welcome to the 50s. Sorry that you have had illness in your family recently.

You lost 35 pounds last year. I'm really stuck at my weight so that sounds impressive and encouraging.

Just curious - what is the Curves eating plan like? Are you going back to that plan?
