Hi everyone! Hope you're having a good Sunday. We had a great service at church as usual and now spending a quiet afternoon here at home. For breakfast this am I cooked for my first time with coconut oil! It smelled so good and I rubbed some into my hands at the same time.

They still feel so nice and smooth from it!
I prefer coming back and editing as I eat rather than at the end of the day posting them all. Even though I'm not doing my new eating plan perfectly, I mostly feel full and my weight has dropped a little already. I love the book as it seems so practical, down-to-earth and conversational. The authors don't agree all the time and they chat about their differences which is funny.

Haven't really been OP today but calories ok.
Well, I found one of the things I was missing finally...found the homeopathic med. It was way down in a deep pocket in my purse. Still hoping to find the other two.
Karen31 - Although I've looked in all the "logical" places several times, I'm going to keep looking. Today I plan to pull everything out of some of the places like in the corners of the lower cabinets in my kitchen. We have an old house and they didn't put in those lazy susans like most kitchens have today. I have put in some of my own but there is still a big black hole in back of them where I store stuff I almost never use, so maybe I put them in there

May not get to all the places today but I'll get to them this week. I've used a step stool and felt and moved around things, but this will be the week I'll actually remove everything. They have to be here somewhere! I remember when I was hiding them I was thinking not to put them where they'd get too dusty (like garage) or might get wet if I forgot them when I got home (like bathroom).

Glad the Aleve is helping you. You sound like a commercial for it! And that's a good thing.
Rosey - "Silent" treatment with doors slamming and muttering?...LOL sorry but I had to laugh when I read that! I know what you mean though.

Hope things improve soon. Glad you got the house clean and stayed op with your eating at least.

I know when I'm busy I eat less.
Bobbi - I wish I had 1/2 your energy and strength! I'm enjoying hearing about your move and in a way it makes me want to move too, but think for now I'll just enjoy it vicariously. It seems like most people hate to move but when I wa young I used to love to move...a new (to me) home, new neighborhood, new friends...I loved it all! I still like the idea but I find change a little harder these days. Can't wait to see the pictures!
Deelee - It's funny how we get these mental pictures of each other. I do the same thing. Our "health club" is really just a community center but it does have a great gym with a nice size pool and sauna as well as many fitness classes in addition to the walking track and workout equipment/machines. We are quite happy with it. I wish we could get back to our "travel mode!" Due to pulling so much out of our savings to pay taxes, we decided to lay low for a few months, but we hope to be traveling again by fall or next winter at least.
Cajun - That sausage smells great!!

I hope you do get to go camping, you deserve it after all that hard work!
