I'm not very happy with the scale right now.

I'm a mesomorph body type. I put on muscle easily, but burn fat slowly. Every time I get serious about exercising, the scale either goes up first, stays the same or very
S~L~O~W~L~Y moves slightly down. And then if I have the slightest inflammation in my body it starts moving up again. Now I know that muscle weighs more than fat and water/inflammation makes a difference - still it gets discouraging. Many times in the past, I just looked at the scale and if it didn't reflect what I thought it should, I would give up.
But, there is good news.

I am definitely down a whole size, both in tops and pants. So much so, that I just had to clean out my closet and gave away almost half of my clothes because they are way too big! That really does encourage me. But the stupid scale still doesn't want to move down more than 1-2 pounds!
