I did a little better again yesterday although not quite back on track still. So far today I'm doing well. Got to the gym today too finally...my workouts have been very sporadic recently which doesn't help and my weight is high. I'm giving myself some good "talking tos" and am determined to take the steps I need to do. BTW, we have the scale back in dh's bathroom and it seems to be accurate even though I don't like the number.

BTW, I did not watch TV last night and that helped.
Marie - love your honesty about the seaweed!

I probably wouldn't like it either but it is all in what you are used to and it probably is healthy. My dh likes a lot of things that I don't so I understand.
Lucinda - You seem to eat healthy but I'm not sure I could eat salad for breakfast with or without the seaweed! But I say GFY for being able too. I can eat veggies mixed into eggs sometimes, kind of like an omelette although when cooking for myself I usually just scramble them.. not every day but occasionally. Your seaweed description reminds me of a snack that a family member once gave us...it was dried and very slightly salty. I didn't care for it but my dh (Filipino) liked it. I honestly wish I liked more things like that as usually they are healthy and very low cal/carb.
Rie - Your dinner sounds so good! Thank you for your support...it really helps!
Ter - It's just that I know I can't lose unless I stay at 1500 and below and much above 1600 I will start gaining which I have been doing. So have to really watch those calories plus as a diabetic i need to be more careful about my carbs. Its the evenings where i really mess up but I must have not done too badly that way last night because this am my bs is good or maybe it was just the exercise...that brings it down too. I've been pretty sedentary recently...so it was good to get back to the gym. You sure are doing well at the exercise!
Marie - You are doing great too! See I HAVE to do better to keep catch up with all you guys!
