
Yes, I would love to have this type thread here in the over 50 forum! I think it would help us stay on track cause I really felt awful having to report my meals yesterday! I knew I could without anyone being mean but it was embarrassing enough that I hated to do it which is a good thing...It makes me face up to myself, you know?
Although I enjoy chatting with woman of all ages, I esp enjoy those closer to my own age so it would be great to have this type thread here!


I am doing much better at watching what I eat. Got the confirmation from you that I don't need to eat as much as I did when I was chasing after 4 kids. I have been taking my vitamins, getting some exercize, drinking more water in the evening and watching my posture...all in all, I have felt better with doing the small tasks...
