I've had two months in a row that weren't good but here I am to try again. Ending weekly weight in Oct was 165.5.
11/1/08 out of town. Ate terrible but did walk about 2 miles a day (10/30-11/1/08)
11/2/08 167 (first weekly weigh-in since home), am BS 141H, approx 1820 calories, 14 diabetic carbs. BAD
11/3/08 168, am BS 151H, 30 min. stretch and 40 min cardio, 1094 calories, 12 diabetic carbs.
11/4/08 167, 40 yoga stretch, 40 min cardio,1137 calories, 11 diabetic carbs.
11/5/08 165.5, 30 min stretch, 40 min cardio, 1249, bs 1 hr before lunch 131 H, diabetic carbs 12.
11/6/08 165.5, 40 min yoga stretch, 40 min cardio, BS before lunch 106, 1196 calories, 14 diabetic carbs (high).
11/7/08 165.5, 40 min cardio, BS 116 2 hrs after breakfast, 1365 calories, 13 diabetic carbs.
11/8/08 165.5, no exercise except shopping, 1378 calories, 10 diabetic carbs.
ETA: After posting, I shared a large cookie with dh so calories probably close to 1500 and diabetic carbs about 11 or 12.
11/9/08 165.5, BS161H, lost track of calories and carbs - overate!, no exercise.
11/10/08 166.5, 30 min stretch, 40 min cardio, 1858 calories, 17 diabetic carbs-not good!
11/11/08 167 (weekly weigh-in) 40 min yoga stretch, 40 min cardio, after breakfast bs 140,1244 calories, 14 diabetic carbs.
11/12/08 166.5, 30 min stretch, 40 min cardio, after breakfast bs 121, 1536 calories, 18 diabetic carbs! Too much!
11/13/08 165.5, 1446 calories, 9 diabetic carbs, no exercise except climbed stairs.
11/14/08 165.5, 1326 calories, 9 diabetic carbs, no exercise except walking in place maybe 5 min, bs 131 after dinner.
11/15/08 164 (weekly weigh-in), 10 min weightlifting,1529 calories (edited), 7 diabetic carbs, bs 141 before dinner.
11/16/08 164, 1897 (oops! ate out), diabetic carbs 13, no exercise.
11/17/08 166, 30 min stretch, 40 min cardio, bs 139 before lunch, 1379 calories, 14 diabetic carbs.
11/18/08 165.5, 1415 calories, 10 diabetic carbs, BS 133 after lunch, no exercise. (Had to edit as I ate more)
11/19/08 165.5, lost track of calories and carbs. edited because I ate more after posting. no exercise.
11/20/08 166 Thanksgiving potluck today. Not really counting calories, but trying to be careful.
11/21/08 167 ended yesterday with way too many calories!, today I'm trying to get back on plan. Whoops...hasn't worked out, another terrible day of eating! My dh has an ear infection, can't hear a thing (always has poor hearing but today it's much worse!), he's kinda cranky, and there is other family stress going on. Wonder if this is why I can't control my eating! I have to get back to handling my stress in a better way...was doing well for a while there. Well anyway after talking to our son I do feel a little better. At lest my bs was good today.
11/22/08 167.5 Weekly weigh-in (not good!!) about 1900 (edited cause ate more!) calories, 12 diabetic carbs, no exercise.
11/23/08 168, bs before lunch 115, calories 1228, diabetic carbs 9, no exercise.
11/24/08 165, 30 min stretch, 40 min cardio, 1497 calories, 18 diabetic carbs (too high!).
11/25/08 166.5 30 min yoga stretch, 40 min cardio. lost track of calories, ate too much! bs 183H 1 1/2 hrs after lunch.
11/26/08 169!YIKES! 24 min stretch, 40 min cardio, thanksgiving potluck tonight. Lost track of calories but I tried to be careful.
11/27/08 167.5, no exercise. did not track calories
11/28/08 168, 1434 calories, 13 diabetic carbs, no exercise other than shopping.
11/29/08 167 Weekly Weigh-In Not happy with this but at least it is not the highest I have been this month. Still once again going by weekly weights I have gained this month. I know my problem is being consistent with both eating and exercise plus right now, the holidays. I admire those of you who are so consistent and continue to lose. I will continue to work on it. Tonight was another bad evening after doing well all day...seemed like I just couldn't stop eating!
