Hi!

I usually post at the 100 pound club - but, I thought I'd come over and say hi to you all at the Age 50+ forum. You are closer to my age of 56. (I am the oldest person at that forum that I know of!) It doesn't really matter, of course - those folks have held my hand thru my journey all year. They mean the world to me.

I've been at 3fc for about 11 months - it's an awesome place that has helped me in my journey to find some sanity with food. (if you know what I mean)

Just wanted to say hello and wish you all well. I'll try and join in here too - as time allows.

You are a real inspiration. I see from so many 3FC participants' posts, that it can be done if you really want to. I need to take it 1 day at a time, and lose weight. I thought the 100+ Support Group was for people who had lost 100lbs, but now I guess it could be for those who are working on loseing 100 lbs or more. I'll check it out now.. thanks to you.

I'll try and post again in this forum. However, last night I pulled a muscle in my back (big ouch) and it hurts to sit at the computer too much.
